Charisse Smith completed the master of public administration program in December 1996 with a concentration in program evaluation and policy analysis. She received her bachelor's degree in political science from The George Washington University in May 1994. Ms. Smith is currently the Project Director for the Center for Excellence in Municipal Management at The George Washington University's School of Business and Public Management.
