Robert Uschinsky is a first-year master of public administration student concentrating in legislative and regulatory management. He is also a graduate assistant in the Office of Judicial Services atTIle George Washington University. Mr. Uschinsky was a litigation associate for the law firm of leBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae. Mr. Uschinsky received a bachelor of arts degree in government from Skidmore College in 1986 and his juris doctor from the American University's Washington College ofLaw in 1989.
