An adenomyoepithelioma (AME) is characterized by a biphasic proliferation of both epithelial and myoepithelial cells. AME has been reported to occur in breast, salivary gland, lung and skin.(1) An AME of the breast is a rare tumor and there are less than 200 such reported cases.(2, 3) Malignancy arising from AME of the breast is much rarer and only about 20 such cases have been reported in the literature.(3,4) Metastasis of an AME is unusual, but this has been reported even in benign cases.(5)The reported sizes of these tumors are most less than 5 cm. In this report, we describe a huge breast mass that was diagnosed as a malignant AME and was completely excised. CASE REPORT
