This article reflects on the social and solidarity economy’s subjects and territories, looking at the following elements: (i) the processes of territorialization of the actors involved in constructing a territory, defined broadly as the State, capital and the popular sector; (ii) the references that guide and emerge in the construction of the subjects of the social and solidarity economy, and (iii) the neoliberal context that fragments the popular sector with discourses and policies based on the right to cultural difference. Key words: territory, subject, labor, expanded reproduction of life, difference.
