The article offer a Spanish translation of the Latin text and an artistic analysis of the main architectural and plastic elements described by presbyter Jacinto in his visit to the Church of the Nativity of Bethlehem and the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem. The account, included in a Homiliary kept in the Archive of the Cathedral of Leon, is compared with other medieval stories with the aim of certifying the accuracy of the information given by the pilgrim, which in some cases is completely novel among the Spanish sources of this kind.
