La presente contribution est la publication d’un autel de Palmyre, inedit, conserve au Musee d’Art de Cincinnati. L’autel est decore exceptionnellement sur ses quatre cotes de representations figurees des divinites de Palmyre : une deesse assise, une figure armee, une divinite solaire et une figure masculine portant un trident, associee a Poseidon. Cette derniere representation est la premiere occurrence de ce type dans la sculpture palmyrenienne.
