New Physics: Sae Mulli (NPSM), one of the oldest Korean academic journals in natural science, representing the history of the Korean Physical Society (KPS), will provide a supporting foundation for the new future of physics in Korea. The registration of NPSM, a domestic journal written mainly in Korean, in the international academic database Scopus was a great achievement. I believe that the registration of NPSM in Scopus will have a significant impact both on KPS and the academic society in Korea. I, as president of the KPS, sincerely celebrate this accomplishment, and I look forward to the continuous support of all member of the KPS and of the research community.
