International audienceThe author of this article accompanies people infected with HIV through the process of re-affiliation and the integration of norms until they can fully manage the transmission process linking them to their own descendents. With Medically Assisted Procreation, the reproductive technique re-establishes norms and the Ideal Self is transmitted via Medicine itself, with the future parents held up as Ideals. Accompanying such sub-jects has enabled the author to explore the specificities of the transmission process, of which the aim is to promote the subject as a key player in transmission and thereby create and perpetuate social bonds.En partant de l’historique du processus de réaffiliation et de l’intégration des normes chez les personnes infectées par le VIH, nous accompagnons ces sujets jusqu’à les rendre porteurs de la transmission à leur descendance. Par le biais de l’AMP, la technique reproductive réinstaure des normes, avec la transmission de l’Idéal du Moi par la Médecine, où les futurs parents sont promus au rang d’idéal.
