Négociations et transactions : un fondement socio-anthropologique partagé

Les approches de la négociation, en sciences sociales, et la sociologie de la transaction sociale ont suivi, à l’origine, des chemins distincts, pour converger progressivement, depuis une vingtaine d’années. Cet article retrace cette convergence et y participe en proposant un fondement socio-anthropologique commun : l’interactionnisme historico-social. L’auteur considère, ce faisant, les échanges, critiques et coopérations entre les chercheurs comme l’illustration d’une collaboration conflictuelle visant l’élaboration d’un compromis de coexistence au sein duquel négociation et transaction tendent à s’articuler. The approaches to negotiation, in the social sciences, and the sociology of social transaction were initially following separate paths to converge gradually from the last twenty years. This paper traces this convergence and participates in offering a shared socio-anthropological foundation: the historical and social interactionism. The author, doing so, considers exchanges, reviews and cooperations among researchers as an illustration of a conflicting collaboration, aimed at developping a compromise of coexistence, in which negotiation and transaction are joining together
