One of the challenges of the present century is to achieve adolescents and young adults’ complete development taking as a basis healthy behaviours and a culture of selfcare. On this basis in Toluca, a town in the State of Mexico, an interdisciplinary group has started an action programme dedicated to produce communicative and educational strategies to improve face-to-face and media interactions in order to promote a healthy behaviour in this group of population. Uno de los retos del presente siglo es lograr que la población adolescente y juvenil se desarrolle plenamente, teniendo como base comportamientos saludables y una cultura del autocuidado. Sobre esta base, en el municipio de Toluca (Estado de México), un grupo interdisciplinario ha puesto en marcha un programa de acción dedicado a operar estrategias comunicacionales y educativas para mejorar las interacciones cara a cara y mediáticas, a fin de promover comportamientos saludables en este grupo de población.
