Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the breast is very unusual. Thoraco-abdominal (TA) flap is a simple flap, and it is a rotation advancement fasciocutaneous flap. Here, we present a case of using TA flap for chest wall reconstruction in quick in-quick outpatient.
