Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is an important occupational risk among healthcare workers (HCWs). Vaccination is the most cost-effective method of preventing and controlling HBV infection. Several factors have been suggested to effect response to the vaccine. The present study aimed to evaluate vaccine response among north Iranian HCWs and to determine the factors influencing vaccine response.
