Multidrug-resistant (MDR) tuberculosis (TB) strains are resistant to isoniazid and rifampicin. Clinical characteristics, drug susceptibility patterns, and outcomes of MDR-TB patients treated at Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi, Pakistan, were studied from January 2007 to April 2010.
