Carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (KP) serves as a major threat to onco-hematological patients, resulting in great morbidity and mortality. The purpose of our study was to identify the risk factors for KP bloodstream infections (BSIs) and mortality in onco-hematological patients.
