The article deals with the creative skills development needs, development of a creative team, benefits and advantages of being a creative company. In the article creative process, creativity stimulation, ideas generation, innovation development and implementation methods and tools are analysed. The article presents the creativity process management tool “O generator“ and provides practical recommendations for its usage.
