This article inside argues in a bibliographical research of a perspective of psychology and enviromental law the mannering aspects of the driver in the transit, privileging the increasing demand of the conducting population and the aspects of statuses and power conferred by the ownership of a vehicle in the whole world and specifically in Brazil, where the demands of the capitalism make to oscillate the status quo of the individual, making with that the mobile vehicle, motorcycle and automobile really start to represent an extension of the idea of being able and wealth and making of country one of the world-wide champions in incidents and deriving mortalities of the accidents in transit. It is reflected here, therefore the influence and extension of the machine on the personality human being, and the unfolding of this fact in aspects of social and legal convivência.
