This commentary will outline the desirability of ethics within the corporate climate. It will present an ethical dilemma and respond to the questions raised whilst also incorporating several points of views of scholars. Finally, it will challenge the series of possibilities that deal with this problem, the most promising of which is the "moral dialogue" between lawyer and client presented by Pepper.
