The link between the body and brain is known. A healthy body is essential for an effi cient brain and a bright brain warns the body of dangers. Every cell in the body is linked to the brain. The contents of the brain are called the mind. These are our thoughts and emotions. They have a direct infl uence on the immune system. It is diffi cult to control thoughts but they have to be controlled to avoid throwing our automatic health protection off balance and over the threshold.
