The 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) epidemic is currently spreading worldwide; in particular, Turkey has been facing the outbreak since March 11st. Hospital and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) admissions are dependent on the severity of illness and the capacity of the hospitals and ICUs are extremely important because of owerhelmed capacity of beds. In this review determination of diagnosis and disease severity and hospital and intensive care unit admission criteria are written.
