Programa de Capacitación sobre Herramientas TIC Avanzadas para Mejorar las Competencias de Planificación de Procesos Empresariales en PYMEs de la Industria del Plástico

The identification of critical training needs related to enterprise planning activities in the sector of the plastic industry has led to the development of a training programme on advanced ICT tools for en-hancing enterprise process planning competences in the plastic industry SMEs. The main objective of this training programme is to improve relevant and high-level basic and transversal competences in a lifelong learning perspective and promote the work-based learning in all its forms, with special attention to ap-prenticeship-type training addressed to the aforementioned target sector. In light of this, this paper de-scribes the methodology used to define the training programme, the training resources developed, the se-lection criteria used to select the most adequate technology for developing the training resources and the characterization of each of the developments.
