Un modelo multicultural de comunicación de la ciencia y la tecnología

This article discusses some problems that exist around the communication of science and technology, which are transmitted on a linear model that matters only to publicize the progress and benefits of science and technology. The main thesis will be to sketch a model of communication of science and technology for a multicultural society, in which it proposes that it is not only important to convey the scientific and technological knowledge, but also communicate and respect traditio-nal knowledge, which is immersed in a multicultural society like ours. RESUMEN En este articulo se describiran algunas problematicas que existen en torno a la comunicacion de la ciencia y la tecnologia, que se transmiten bajo un modelo lineal en el que solo importa dar a conocer los avances y beneficios de la ciencia y la tecnologia. La tesis principal consistira en esbozar un modelo de comunicacion de la ciencia y la tecnologia para una sociedad multicultural, en el cual se plantea que no solo es importante transmitir el conocimiento cientifico y tecnologico, sino que tambien comunicar y respetar los saberes tradicionales, que se encuentran inmersos en una sociedad multicultural como la nuestra.
