Hubungan Antara Integritas (Kejujuran Dan Konsistensi) Dengan Kepercayaan Studi Korelasional Pada Guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Cipayung Jakarta Timur

The aim of this study was to determine and analyze the relationship between integrity (honesty and consistency) with trust. The method used in this study is correlational. Data research was collected through a questionnaire that included 80 teachers in Junior High School PNS Cipayung subdistrict of East Jakarta as the respondents. The conclusions of this study are: (1) There is a positive relationship between Integrity with confidence. (2) There is a positive relationship between honesty with confidence. (3) There is a positive relationship between consistency with confidence. (4) There is a positive relationship between Integrity, Honesty and consistency together with Confidence.
