This research was to deliver dental clinic management information system that aimed to replace the manual system of recording and processing of data to computerization, in order to overcome the barriers that have often occurred related to the inability to provide information quickly, accurately, and on time. Now with the patient information system reports required to be available instantaneously, like: reports of the patient, the doctor, drug, registration statements, reports of medical records, prescription reports and transaction reports. Information systems are designed using the object-oriented approach. The entire process, from input data, and presentation of the report aims to provide convenience to the user.
