A felületi mikrogeometria és a tűrés kapcsolata

Relationship between surface roughness, surface microgeometry and tolerance is the main topic of paper. Wide range of techniques are known to characterise the surfaces, but industrial practise applies only some of them. In many cases the reliability of these relations are not acceptable because they can not used in case of modern industrial technologies. Different equations between tolerance and surface roughness parameters (Ra, Rz, Pz) are overviewed. Paper presents surfaces produced different techniques and characterise them pointing there relation to tolerance and fitting. Based on results and experience designing principles are drawn up.
