Currently, education has promoted the development of attitudes that allow dispute resolution in a civilized manner, but Olweus (2010) has established that in schools there is a phenomenon called bullying that refers to circumstances where coercion is applied from one student to another in order to frighten and induce him to take action (Mendoza & Pedroza, 2015).The research study therefore tried to identify teachers' role in bullying cases, for which a documentary report was performed. The results indicate the need to reconsider the position of the professor as regards conflict resolution, concluding that teacher training wants to adjust to a reflective attitude that will help improve assertiveness in conflict resolution.
