Resume : En partant de l'exemple du Congres de Paris en 1900 et de son image, cet article s'interroge sur les relations entre la dimension internationale des reseaux formes par les comparatistes et l'origine nationale de ces juristes, susceptible d'etre la source de prejuges nationalistes. La premiere partie porte sur les associations nationales de droit compare fondees a la fin du XIXe siecle : la Societe de legislation comparee, l'Internationale Vereinigung fur vergleichende Rechtswissenschaft und Volkswirtschaftslehre, la Society of Comparative Legislation. La part des strategies imperialistes n'est pas negligeable dans ces societes, alors meme qu'elles comprennent des membres etrangers. La seconde partie concerne les instituts plurinationaux de droit compare qui ont ete formes apres la Premiere Guerre mondiale : l'Academie internationale de droit compare et Unidroit. Abstract : With a point of departure in the 1900 Paris Congress and its image, this paper tries to study the relationships between the international dimension of the intellectual webs created by specialists in comparative law and the national origins of these jurists, that were likely to be the source of nationalist bias. The first part focuses on the national societies founded at the end of the nineteenth century : the Societe de Legislation Comparee, the Internationale Vereinigung fur vergleichende Rechtswissenschaft und Volkswirtschaftslehre, the Society of Comparative Legislation. The second part concerns the multinational institutes of comparative law that were established after World War I : the International Academy of Comparative Law and Unidroit.
