This scientific paper is a descriptive and qualitative analytical research on structural violence that occurs in the multi-ethnic society based on the primary data collected through series of interviews with local communities and policy makers and other supporting documents. The result shows the effectivity decrease of the independent institution to establish peace which is characterized by the slackened kinship ties and the narrow interpretation of the institution.
