Estudio Empírico de Presentismo en dos Organizaciones Mexicanas

This quantitative research was carried out with 183 employees that work at two different organizations (service and manufacturing) in order to identify the level of Presenteeism. The results of the study indicate that the majority of workers (n=176) report a certain level of presenteeism, which varies from lower to high intensity. Men between the ages of 31-40 years old, and employees with a seniority of between 6 and 10 years, are immersed in this phenomenon presenteeism with age and seniority. presenteeism, level, organization
