The professional formation of the career of Educational Sciences is today a requirement that is achieved if a permanent process of professionalization is developed from a transforming attitude of reality. Hence, the pre-professional integration practice becomes a process of qualitatively superior professionalization when contemplating the investigation of daily tasks and the analysis of practice as the pivot of the continuous improvement of professional work, where the discussion is promoted, the exchange of roles and the division of labor between all the participants is delimited. In line with this, the following article aims to present the experience of how to strengthen the conception of the professional training of the graduates of the careers of the Faculty of Science of Education the integrative pre-professional practice with the aim of transforming the ways of acting Professional of the Faculty of Education of the Laica University Eloy Alfaro de Manabi. Therefore, the argument and scientific exemplification of the conception of integrative pre-professional practice that guarantees a level of professional development that allows them to give more effective solutions to professional problems by generating experiences and contributions of various levels is achieved.
