The following article deals with a systematization carried out on the concept of methodology. To do this, it shows how it has been defined in various ways; those that vary depending on the plane from which they are needed. The foregoing presupposes that conceptually it can be understood from a general, particular or specific point of view. In this regard, the work aims to present the results of the methodology that is constructed as a scientific result. So, it was necessary to pay attention to the elements that make it up; among which are; methods, procedures and techniques. These allow to present the results of the generalization of scientific activity. In addition, from the impact that pedagogical science receives, they are aimed at enriching; pedagogical research, pedagogical theory, or pedagogical practice. The foregoing implies an example of application to a deepening study for the generalization of the scientific results to the initial training of the education professional in the universities.
