This article is based on the determination, through a diagnostic study, of the insufficiencies presented by the students of the Bachelor of Education, Computer Science specialty, in the job training of third year students at Holguin University. The development of job training has to promote an openness to scientific, labor and technological culture, from knowing what society needs to have a good worker. Therefore, the development of scientific, labor and technological culture becomes a strategic factor to promote the economic and social growth of the country, from the establishment of an interrelation between labor training through academic training. That is why the school must analyze what are the essential conditions to develop the job training of students for their insertion in the growing technological development.
