In the current context, it is a challenge to overcome psychopedagogical education professionals, which has become an unavoidable necessity before the relevance of raising the quality of education in the current social framework. The study that is presented contributes to raise the psychopedagogical preparation of teachers of secondary education. Its objective is framed in demonstrating the need to acquire knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as personological resources that allow it to act efficiently in the face of the dissimilar situations that arise in the educational field. For the concretion of the investigation the methods are used, analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, the historical-logical study and the consultations to the sources. Psychopedagogical preparation workshops allow to raise their psychological and pedagogical preparation, as well as the acquisition of important tools for the efficient performance of their role as educator in educational work with adolescents and young people
