El desarrollo de la motivación profesional por la Informática en el Instituto Tecnológico Bolivariano

The article presents the problematic of the development of the professional motivation in the students of the area of systems. A foundation of the professional motivation of the computer science area is made from the psychological that allows obtaining its dimensions and indicators. In a third moment, the current state of these dimensions and indicators is diagnosed in the students, showing the insufficient development of the study variable: development of professional motivation. Later a system of activities is presented that aims to solve this problem and finally the results of the application of the proposed system are shown.
