This article presents a theoretical and methodological proposal that distinguishes the work of Cuban education related to job training and education for life, which connotes the general theoretical foundations for its study. This is developed in its various forms with a view to forming a full awareness of producers in children, adolescents and young people to live in a workers' society. In addition, a system of experiential activities is proposed that must be taken into consideration in the educational work of the school, the family and the community, to offer a quality education, associated with the development of work qualities of the personality, which as a whole , they allow to give directionality to the performance of the students to be involved in the solution of the problems of life. Practical requirements are offered to determine with scientific methods the problems, barriers, potentialities and priorities that must be considered in order to develop labor training from the intra and intersubjective of personality development. The main results of the study have the acceptance of the scientific and pedagogical community, since the proposal has been presented in events, methodological activities and various publications.
