Experiencia en los efectos de la introducción, generalización y evaluación de impacto de los resultados de las investigaciones en el proceso de formación doctoral

The solution of the multiple problems that must be solved by the scientific way and that start from the analysis of the educational practice, is possible when the daily work of the teacher is related, the systematized pedagogical experience and the specific scientificpedagogical investigations from diverse forms, among which is connoted: doctoral training as the highest level of postgraduate academic training, taking into account that the success in its implementation depends, to a large extent, on the introduction, generalization and impact evaluation of the research results. In this sense, an experience is presented within the conception of the research-development-innovation projects, which promotes a higher quality in the tutoral training processes and in the development of the skills from the role of the tutor in the contexts in which problematize, study and solve educational problems. Likewise, a strategy for monitoring the introduction, generalization and evaluation of the impact of research results in the doctoral training process is shown, in which the essential areas where it is necessary to promote the main areas of impact are revealed. A set of indicators is proposed to determine the state of introduction, generalization and evaluation of the research results, as well as the codes to interpret the results. The proposal is part of the work of the certified collaborative curricular doctoral program and a project associated with a territorial program.
