Background : Hospitals as health care service provider is obliged to have highly competitive mindset in order to more productive, innovative, self sufficiency in improving the quality of health care service. The purpose of this research is to obtain analytical data on correlation between health care quality (involving: tangiable, responsiveness, reliability,assurance, and empathy)with interestin revisiting. Methods : The type of this research is analytical survey using questioner instrument on BPJS hospitalized patients in Royal Prima General Hospital Jambi. The number of the samples involved in this research is 100 patients. Statistic test used Chi-Square test. Results : The Result showed that there’s a correlation between health quality involving: Tangiable (p-value = 0.005), Reliability (p-value = 0.001), Responsiveness (p-value = 0.001), Assurance (p-value = 0.019) and Empathy (p-value = 0.001) with a return visit to the Hospital. Conclusions : All variables of health care quality services (Tangiable, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy) have correlation with the patient's return visit to the Hospital. The research concludes to advice on reviewing tangiable aspects by improving and repairing facilities related to toilet for the comfort of the patients.
