This exploratory and prospective study sought to familiarize with the phenomenon, the perception and the discovery of ideas regarding the objective of this article, which was based on Measuring the Sexual Life Quality of Undetectable MSM for HIV, as well as Analyzing the perception of this population assessed on the impact of undetectability on the quality of their sexual life and proportions that can be useful to health professionals and academics to change a possible negative scenario. The sample consisted of 152 people, this being composed of over 18 years old, Cis Men, Declared MSM (men who have sex with men) and undetectable for HIV for more than six months. In the field research, the Quality of Life Questionnaire Male (SQoL-M) and a simple questionnaire with open and closed questions were used as an instrument.
