ENSINO EM SAÚDE: O ACONSELHAMENTO EM HIV/AIDS COMO ESTRATÉGIA PROFISSIONAL

Given the importance of conducting counseling on HIV / Aids during the sessions of users who seek HIV testing for HIV, this integrative review aimed to analyze the counseling strategies on HIV / Aids present in scientific production from 2013 to 2015 held If an integrative review of literature through publications, found in the Virtual Health Library in the years 2013-2015, being used as an Brazilian Journal of Development Braz. The sample included 18 items, being excluded that did not meet the inclusion criteria and were repeated in the library. It was observed that most research has been done in Testing and Counseling Centers, scientific magazines were the most published on the topic, and most publications occurred in 2013 and that the most frequently used methodology was qualitative, noting that most studies have assessed the individual characteristics of patients seen and that few of them addressed the educational processes involved in counseling on HIV / Aids. We consider the need for awareness of health professionals who perform counseling on HIV / AIDS for studies on educational practice during counseling of users with the aim of minimizing HIV transmission.
