The present study aims to examine the national academic production of green marketing, to measure the profile and productivity of researchers and factors associated with production, to identify the data of the studies surveyed regarding gender, year, title, institution and state. The methodological content was exploratory, using bibliometrics. For inclusion criteria, national productions were sought. For the exclusion criteria, the terms “marketing” and “green” were ignored, when they were found separately from the title and keywords and separately. The database included the Scielo, Periódico da Capes and Google Scholar portals. SPSS software, version 22 was used for data analysis, and Microsoft Word 2016. 45 articles were selected. The chronological cut was from December 2005 to December 2019. There was an increase in interest in green marketing over the years. The year that most published was 2017. Qualis B4 predominated. The educational institution with the highest occurrence in the formation of the first author of the articles was the University of São Paulo. The articles are written, mostly by 3, 4 authors. The most used words in the articles are "product" and "green". International authors are more cited than national authors.
