The systematic review is a search that allows obtaining answers regarding well defined issues, to identify, select, evaluate and synthesize the most relevant information about a particular topic using literature as a database. The objective of this paper is to find if the application of nanofluids as heat exchangers working fluid is feasible and it is currently used. Thus a survey was conducted using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), through the consultation of periodicals in CAPES portal, in Brazilian Journal of Development Braz. J. of Develop., Curitiba, v. 6, n. 4, p.21988-22000, apr. 2020. ISSN 2525-8761 21989 order to identify scientific papers relating the topics: "Heat Exchangers" and "Nanofluids". The results show that the topic is current and is on the rise.
