The work aims to present the reports of people who have lived or lived with the associate members and participants of the golden years (period between 1950 to 1980) of the Beneficent Workers Union. This entity was founded in 1949 by a group of construction workers, interested in creating a space where they could carry out social, cultural and recreational activities in the capital Boa Vista, capital of the then Federal Territory of Rio Branco, later called the state of Roraima. Three testimonies were collected during a conversation round on the occasion of the entity's 67th anniversary celebrations. From the reports, concepts of collective memory and intergenerational memory were addressed and the historical processes of community organization, cultural exchanges and the identification of the identity construction of material and immaterial cultural heritage from the associative entity were identified.
