Análise do resíduo sólido do amendoim na cadeia agroindustrial: Uma pesquisa bibliométrica

The work aims to analyze how the procedures for discharging solid residues of mineral and vegetable impurity in the peanut production chain are carried out. To this end, a qualitative research was carried out on selected articles where the importance of sustainability was observed as the main focus, following a series of priorities that agroindustries follow through the fulfillment of the normative requirements demanded by the legislation, based on the development of socio-environmental programs in terms more sustainable. The work presents more relevant concerns on the part of the agroindustry when sustainability is associated with the disposal of solid waste from peanuts.
