Arranjos de governanças das águas: um estudo sobre os comitês de bacia do Estado de Santa Catarina

In the present article we aim to present and analyze the research data on the perception of river basin committee members about their functioning. In this work, we use as the clipping of data referring to the committees of the State of Santa Catarina. We start from the perspective that we can analyze basin organizations as governance arrangements composed of different actors who have the duties of mediating, articulating, approving and monitoring the actions for the management of water resources in their jurisdiction. With the development of the research, it was observed in the data verified the existence of external difficulties the actions of the committees in order to influence the decisions of the governments about the public policies of the waters. Making it clear that they are still far from being effective in the management of water resources in the state.
