The present article is about the social contradictions that emerge in the educational work of the military teacher, which developed from the educational practice in the military institutions of higher level, because in them is conceived to the educational work as a central activity to develop; however, inadequacies are evidenced and reside essentially in the prevalence of cognitive aspects in detriment of emotional aspects. To optimize the performance of the military teachers is a challenge today, especially regarding their educational work, because they will contribute to develop the personality of the cadets with integral and multifaceted character and to develop the society at the same time. For this reason, the objective of this research is to value the main social contradictions in the educational military process, taking their diverse characters and its influence in the development of the educational work of the military teachers.
