E-Learning and B-Learning is an emerging modality with its own identity sinceits evolution, runs through contexts configured by the presence and virtual. It is placed as a mixedor combination mode; The progressive social, technological and cultural evolution to wards convergence, understoodasas trategy of integration of systems for the redefinition of the knowledge industry, contributes a new didactic tothe modality, given the confluence of the pedagogical and technological mediations in the formative process. It is there fore intended to contribute to the discus sionon what should bedone with information and communication technologies (ICTs) in highe reducation institutions that want to address the challenges of modernity and the contexts they serve, challenges to Highe reducation and the opportunitiesoffered by E-Learningand B-Learning to address the sechallenges; Is brought to raiserelated works andes-tablishesa conceptual frame of reference that will serve the face-to-face,semi-presence and distance modalities. The findings on what good practices in B-Learning and E-Learning teach in institutions in theIbero-American context and tha tareleaders in these educational moda lities, from the educational, technological and organizational dimensions, are analyzed with strategic lens the findings, analyzing the Keyfactors of success in the use of the modalities E-Learning, B-Learning and combination of them.
