En s'ancrant progressivement dans le champ politique, les Verts se trouvent confrontés à la nécessité de professionnaliser la formation de leur personnel politique. L'analyse des orientations générales, des contenus, des techniques et des pratiques de leur formation fait apparaître qu'elle répond aux exigences théoriques d'une vison idéale de la profession politique. En effet, le postulat identitaire des Verts du refus de toute forme d'autonomie et de professionnalisation politiques oriente et enferme la formation dans une vision technicienne du métier politique. Obligée de gérer les tensions issues de la confrontation de ce postulat et des contraintes de l'exercice du mandat électif, la formation peine à trouver ses marques. Le personnel politique Vert se trouve alors contraint d'élaborer lui-même ses propres savoirs.The chaotic political apprencticeship of the French greens (19*4-1994) Bruno Villalba [149-170]. While rooting progressively in the political field, «Les Verts» are facing up the necessity of improving the training of their political staff in a professional way. When its general direction, its contents, its pedagogical methods are analyzed, this training proves to be an answer to the theorical requirements of an ideal conception of political profession. Indeed, «Les Verts» subscribe to a strong postulate of rejecting any form of autonomy or professionalization, which directs and confines training to a technical conception of political profession. Training struggles with defining what it should be, because it's compelled to deal with the tensions between the aforementioned postulate and what it means to practise an elective mandate. Therefore is it compulsory for the political staff of «Les Verts» to develop their knowledge by themselves.Villalba Bruno.
