Concepciones Psico-jurídicas que sustentan a la educación inclusiva en el Ecuador

El ensayo tiene como proposito realizar un analisis sobre las principales normativas - politicas de caracter internacional y locales del Ecuador, que han permitido y contribuyen a que el sistema educativo ecuatoriano sea mas inclusivo, asi mismo es imperioso abordar el aspecto psicologico pues el no reconocimiento social y el derecho (acceso) a la educacion de las personas con discapacidad se convierte en una forma de discriminacion y atenta contra los derechos y libertades fundamentales de las personas. Se verifico la puesta en marcha del marco legal que ampara el derecho de la educacion inclusiva en la Universidad Tecnica de Manabi (Ecuador). El sentido del analisis resulta favorecedor pues permitio tener una idea mas generalizada sobre como estan evolucionando en Ecuador las normativas en este ambito y situar una atencion exclusiva que promueva la educacion inclusiva y fortalezca la elaboracion de politicas. Abstract: The test is intended to carry out an analysis on key policy - policies of international and local character of Ecuador, which have allowed and contribute to the Ecuadorian education system more inclusive, so it is imperative to address the psychological aspect because the lack of social recognition and the right (access) to education of persons with disabilities becomes a form of discrimination and violates the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals. The implementation of the legal framework that protects the right of inclusive education at the Technical University of Manabi (Ecuador) was verified. The sense of analysis is flattering as it gave a more generalized idea of how they are evolving in Ecuador regulations in this area and places an exclusive focus that promotes inclusive education and strengthen policy development.
