The research aimed to know the effect of the force-speed and explosive strength up-hill training on mechanical variables force-speed and explosive strength, and achievement in long jump. The hypothesis that there was a significant different between the test and pre-test. Technical observation, measurements and test are used. The researcher used the experimental method, the sample was (8) athlete . The test and pretest used during 12 week training,Mean, stander division, t. test and simple correlation used to statistic data. The research conclusion the following: 25 1. There is a positive effect of the training program on the mechanical variables , the force-speed ,explosive strength and achievement in long jump Mechanical Variables Hill On up Speed and Explosive Strength Training
