Schizophrenia is a disorder of emotions, thoughts and behavior. Hallucinations are a symptom of a mental disorder where the client experiences a sensory change, feels a false sensation in the form of sound, the client feels a stimulus that does not actually exist. Implementation strategy 1 helps clients recognize hallucinations, explain how to control hallucinations, teach clients to control hallucinations by rebuking. The data collection method uses descriptive methods that attempt to describe the object or subject being studied in accordance with what it is in order to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of the object appropriately. This research was conducted at Prof. Dr. Soerojo Magelang Hospital in Wisma Antasena. The results of the case study showed that client 1 had a decrease in signs and symptoms as much as 70% of the problem was resolved or as many as 7 signs and symptoms and an increase in women controlling hallucinations by 7 out of 7 abilities or 100%, in client 2 there is a decrease in signs and symptoms as much as 70% of the problem is resolved or as many as 7 signs and symptoms, an increase in the ability to control hallucinations by 7 out of 7 abilities or 100%.
