Education Office of South Sumatera Province have had a geographic information system about school distribution at this province. The aim of this study was to know distribution patterns of senior high school (SMA and SMK) in Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU), Prabumulih, Ogan Ilir (OI), and Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) using “Avarage Nearest Neighbour” method with software arcgis 10.3 based on 3 variations distribution patterns that are group distribution patterns, random distribution patterns, and uniform distribution patterns (regular) which have been mapped on Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) South Sumatera website.
